Work with the Board President to help shape the club's overall strategic vision for the next 3 years.

Work with the VP of Programs to generate program ideas and help with the coordination and logistics of meetings.

Assist the VP of Membership with creation and implementation of strategies to increase our club membership.

Work with the club Treasurer in the creation and preparation of finance reports.

Every year, the Ad Club recognizes a member of our local advertising community for his/her outstanding contributions to the advertising. The award is given in a yearly ceremony. Committee members would assist the Past Presidents council with the logistics and coordination of the award ceremony.

Be a part of our signature event by participation in the ADDY Committee. Committee members can help with many aspects of this event, including: coordination of the call for entries, coordination of the judging, and preparation/logistics for the gala event in February.

Work with the Education Chair to formulate an outreach program for area advertising students. Assist with the coordination of our yearly Agency Day when students from area schools visit local agencies for tours and informational talks.

Help with the maintenance and upkeep of our website - including attending meetings and taking photos to be posted on our website.

Work with the PR Chair to write press releases and create advertisements of our club meetings and initiatives.

Every year ACT sponsors a public service campaign. Committee members would help to create and disseminate the RFP, help with the selection of the non-profit for whom we would do the campaign, assist in the development of the creative (tv, radio and print in English and Spanish) and assist with the media portion (securing commitments from area media to participate in the campaign).
